Union Coffee House & Cafe was opened in 2010 by Molly Thornton and her family, local Buchanan residents.  Today, Molly continues to manage and work the cafe, setting trends and bringing quality food and beverages to the community.  Molly has over 26 years experience in the food and beverage industry.  With the support of a strong and dedicated crew, the cafe operates daily, making it the only locally owned restaurant in Buchanan that is open every day of the week, with the exception of major holidays and earned time-off.  Customers of the cafe will no doubt enjoy fresh, flavorful, made-to-order items every time they visit.  The cafe features customized and seasonal drink options, a full menu of cafe fare, fresh baked treats daily, a grab & go section, locally roasted whole bean coffee, and more.
